Choosing products

Making a purchase

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and PayPal via the PayPal service.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No, you do not need a PayPal account in order to buy an item. If you do have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay if you choose.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not currently but we do plan to sell gift vouchers in the near future.

I have a club, can I buy at wholesale price?

Yes, but this can only be done in person at the store. Please phone 0121 622 2669 to speak to Bernard about club rates.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Currently shipping to the UK mainland will be a flat rate charge of £3.95.

What are your delivery options?

Orders will be sent by either Royal Mail Recorded delivery or courier service depending on its weight. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your order. If you are unavailable, the postal service will leave you a card. Remember that if you item looks like it has been damaged by the postal service, then please do not sign the receipt as 'checked'.

How long will it take to deliver?

We do aim for next day delivery but your order may take up to 2-5 working days. Please do allow up to 14 days for items to deliver. You are welcome to enquire about your order at anytime, please click here for contact details.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we only send to the UK Mainland.

Return policy

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Yes. If the item is returned within 14 days we will provide a refund of the cost of the item or exchange the item provided the item is unused, unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging.

We will not refund delivery costs.

What if my item is damaged/faulty?

Please notify us asap. We request that you send the item back to us immediately so we can inspect it. Subject to approval you will be sent a new item, or a refund including your postage charges. Please see our terms and conditions here.
